We have information on the Motorola-made Zante phone for Danger, featuring a slide-out display that reveals a keyboard for a sleek messaging device. Features lean more toward the mid-range side, with a 1.3 megapixel camera, Bluetooth connectivity, support for AAC, MP3, and WMA file formats, and a miniSD memory card slot. Internet connectivity is provided via EDGE, which isn’t fast enough for most people unless you surf the most basic of sites. Battery life is rated at 6 hours for continuous voice calls, which is pretty impressive. The Zante will probably be available from T-Mobile for $269 a pop when it is released by October at the latest.
