We’ve reviewed a couple of iZ3D monitors in the past (17″ and 22″ models), and the company has since laid pretty quiet. This time round, iZ3D has forged a collaboration with computer painters Smooth Creations to spray paint their 22″ widescreen monitors with an old school 2D paint job behind, although it is realistic enough to look like some sort of battle-hardened LCD monitor. Specifications of this new 22″ 3D LCD monitor include :-
- 1,680 x 1,050 resolution
- 170 degree viewing angle
- 5ms response time
- 700:1 contrast ratio
- 16.7 million colors
You’ll need a pair of polarized glasses to enjoy this monitor in full 3D glory, and not all games are supported. If you’re interested, this monitor will go for $739.
