If you’re in the market for a 30-megapixel shooter, then you might have to wait until next year at best for Pentax to roll out their 645 Digital. Once rumored to be canceled, it seems that this monstrous digital camera is now back on track for a release in 2010. It seems that the 645 Digital will also be compatible with the FA645 55mm f/2.8 lens that will roll out that day itself. Needless to say, the 645 Digital will be mighty expensive once it is available considering the sheer megapixel count that crushes most of the other consumer level DSLRs in the market, so start saving from yesterday already.
