[CES 2010] You never know when disaster might strike, and the same holds especially true when it comes to your precious data on your computers and notebooks. Rebit knows this, and has rolled out SaveMe – its new line of backup drives and software. Featuring the exclusive SmartSave Personalization Technology, the software is capable of delivering a complete backup and recovery service, growing and shrinking the amount of historical data without compromising your data’s safety. Capable of backing up and recovering data of up to half a dozen computers, you can purchase portable hard drives from SaveMe or use your own portable hard drive. If you decide to get the whole works from SaveMe, it will come in 500GB, 1TB and 2TB capacities for desktop drives, while portable backup drives are available in 250GB, 320GB and 500GB capacities. When asked about the brand of hard drive used, Rebit’s marketing folks mentioned that they use Hitachi and Toshiba.
