When you’re typing those long emails on the go, you’d normally want a large display so you won’t have to squint. Instead of carrying around a large tablet device, a Taiwanese designer has come up with the Flex Display Phone concept, which is a device that features a 5-inch sliding screen that can give you more display real estate, while remaining portable when not in use. A virtual keyboard is also available for input, and features useful technology such as GPS. It looks rather cool, and nobody is going to complain about extra screen real estate if it doesn’t impact the physical dimensions of the device.
