Fuugo aims to make watching TV easier on mobile devices

[CES 2011] Axel technologies will be revealing their latest product – Fuugo to the public at CES 2011 this week. Touted as the “ultimate TV application for mobile devices”, it works as a video content aggregator which collects video content from all over the place – TV channels, web TV and video clips, and lets users easily access it all just by using one app. The app which will appear on all sorts of devices and operating systems including Android, iOS, Windows, Linux etc and will provide the same user experience. With the app, users can search for shows to watch, browse schedules, watch shows, and even favorite, rate and recommend videos. Fuugo is designed to support the major international mobile and over-the-air broadcast TV standards ranging from North American ATSC and ATSC-M/H, through European DVB-T and DVB-H to Latin American SBTVD-T/One-seg.
