Garmin announces its Nuvi 2400 series navigation devices

[CES 2011] If the Garmin iOS app isn’t suitable for you and you’re looking for a more traditional GPS unit, Garmin has just announced its latest nuvi 2400 series. It’s a slightly larger device than the entry-level units as it features a 5-inch display. There are four models in the series, including the 2450, 2450LM, 2460LT, and 2460LMT. Depending on the model you purchase, you’ll be offered features such as lifetime map updates, traffic updates, hands-free calling and also voice-activated navigation. These nuvi 2400 models are expected to be released before the end of March and will set you back from $250 to $350, depending on the model.
