Google enables site blocking for everyone

Google previously introduced a Chrome extension that allowed users to block sites from showing up on Google’s search results. This feature allowed users to search much more efficiently, with results from useless sites not showing up at all, but it only worked with the Chrome internet browser. Now it seems that Google has made the feature available to everybody. Instead of having to download an extension, now when you search for something in any browser, there is an option that says “Block all *.com  results” in the search results page. Note that this only works when you’re signed in to Google, so if you don’t have a Google account you won’t be able to use this feature. Hurray to not having to deal with annoying results from content farms popping up on your search results.
