Kinect for Windows gets a new website and updated SDK
In addition to the launch of the brand new site, Microsoft has also announced the release of the new version of the Kinect for Windows SDK. Now in beta 2, the updated software development kit brings new features such as faster skeletal tracking, better accuracy rate when it comes to skeletal tracking and joint recognition, and the ability to plug and unplug your Kinect without losing work/productivity. Expect a lot more Kinect projects to be launched in the coming year.
