Students have something to look forward to with Chegg having announced a spanking new eTextbook Reader. If you are still slogging it out at universities and colleges, then you now have a cloud-based service which enables you to access your eTextbooks using any compatible connected device. Chegg takes pride in their innovative design and exclusive productivity tools, where they claim are “unrivaled in today’s education landscape.” I cannot really vouch for that, but will those who have already given it a go drop a couple of cents on the matter?

Specially optimized for computers and iPads, Chegg’s eTextbook Reader will rely on HTML5 to get the job done, delivering a highly interactive user experience, offering access to the most relevant textbooks on any connected device. Some of the features include enhanced highlighting, note taking, search, Instant Definition, Always-on Q&A, and Key Highlights. [Press Release]
