Gamers out there, if you’re into FPS (first person shooter) games that require quite a bit of sniping, you might want to take a look at Shogun Bros.’ latest offering which comes in the form of the Ballista MK-1 gaming mouse, a mouse which apparently has been designed for the sharpshooting gamer in mind.

What makes the Ballista MK-1 an apparent ideal gaming peripheral for gamers is its indepedent X and Y DPI settings. According to Shogun Bros., these independent settings will allow for more stabilized targeting which they’re calling a “precision sniping system”. The Ballista MK-1 will also feature a thumb selector for speed shooting, 5,700 DPI accuracy with 1,000MHz polling rate, 11,570 FPS, independent X, Y, and refresh rate indicator along with 11 macro keys spread out across the body.

Users will also be able to store up to 20 customized DPI settings for a variety of situations, such as for FPS gaming, MMO, RTS, RPG, and even regular desktop usage. Unfortunately Shogun Bros. neglected to reveal a price for the Ballista MK-1, but if you’re interested in picking one up for yourself, expect to see a worldwide release come Q2 2012.
