Samsung-Galaxy-S-III

As we just reported a while back, the Samsung Galaxy S III has been officially announced for a launch on May 3rd. That is the only official word about the device but as readers of this article would already know, rumors regarding the device have not been little quantity-wise. Now it seems that we have another source, the OLED Association who ideally has let on a little tit-bit that they believe to be true regarding the display of the upcoming Samsung flagship product.

According to the display giant, the Samsung Galaxy S III will come with a 4.6-inch screen that is 0.05-inches small than that off the Galaxy Nexus. The company also states that the device would rock a Super AMOLED HD+ display which will absolutely rule out the much-debated PenTile display. Other recent rumors suggest that the Galaxy S III will include an 8MP or 12MP camera with 1080p video capture, a quad-core Exynos processor and obviously, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. Stay tuned to Ubergizmo and we’ll let you in on any info regarding the much anticipated Samsung Galaxy S III.
