The Matrix One tablet that we talked about at the beginning of August was slated to retail for $89.99 a pop, but it seems that such a celebratory note was a wee bit too premature. Folks who placed an order for the highly affordable tablet device will have to exercise this virtue known as patience, which frankly, is not exactly in strong supply among peoples of the world these days. It seems that all of Matrix One’s shipments have been delayed at customs, without sharing any specific reason as to the hold up. The ordering process has been suspended since as it waits for current shipments to clear. Matrix One claims that they are working round the clock for a fast resolution, and will keep potential customers notified should there be any progress in the right direction. Matrix One’s statement can be read right after the jump.

Unfortunately, all of our shipments have been delayed due to an issue with customs. We are actively working on a resolution so that you can receive your product in a timely manner. We understand that this is an inconvenience to some, and rest assured that we are working very diligently on a resolution. We will update you on the status of your order as soon as we know something.

Due to the situation that has occurred, we have temporarily suspended new orders being placed at this time. We will start accepting new orders once this issue has been resolved.

If you have any other questions about your order, please email orders@mtxone.com.

If you have any support inquiries, please email support@mtxone.com.
