US3 Drive Is A Triple-Function Accessory

We happen to live in a world where there is plenty of convergence going on – our smartphones are called exactly that simply because they do a whole lot more than just make and receive calls and text messages. Your modern day smartphone can control toilets, too, among numerous other things. Well, it makes perfect sense for a smartphone accessory to play different roles at various times, too, and this is where the US3 Drive comes in – it is a waterproof USB flash drive, while being able to function as a stylus and a smartphone stand, as and when required.

The thing is, it is a Kickstarter project at the moment, and is still short of its goal by $15,000 thereabouts, although there are still 40 days more to go for the masses to believe and back this project. The US3 Drive prides itself in being a 3-in-1 multi-purpose device in a small package, and would play nice with the entire slew of Android- and iOS-powered smartphones. It will arrive in 8GB, 16GB, and 32GB capacities (thanks to Samsung for the memory chips used), with a choice of either black or white colors. [Kickstarter Page]
