BlackBerry Passport Speakers Demonstrated On Video

As BlackBerry gets ready to launch the BlackBerry Passport, there have been several videos making their rounds which shows off the device. The most recent one took us through the handset’s touch-based keyboard and thanks to a recent upload on Instagram, the sound quality of the BlackBerry Passport’s speakers have been revealed.

Now this probably won’t beat hearing them in real life, but for a recording it is pretty obvious that the speaker quality on the BlackBerry Passport is impressive. It is both loud and clear, which is probably thanks to the fact that BlackBerry designed the speakers to be as loud as tablets.

One of the features of the Passport would be its four microphones embedded in the device. This apparently helps to detect ambient sounds and will be able to adjust the volume of your call automatically, so in a noisy environment, your call’s volume will be increased, and the opposite will be true in quieter environments.

It is unclear if BlackBerry will be using their Natural Sound technology with the BlackBerry Passport, but hopefully they will because the last time we heard it, we were pretty impressed by the quality it managed to output. So, what do you guys think of the BlackBerry Passport’s sound quality?
