Apple Constructs Building At Flint Center, Fuels The Frenzy

appleevent3-420x315Will Apple’s 9th of September announcement be a big announcement? Well we suppose every iPhone announcement is a pretty big deal for Apple and their fans, but could the iPhone 6 be taking the cake the same way the first iPhone did? Well we guess we’ll have to wait and see.

Interestingly enough for Apple’s 9th of September event, they have decided to host the announcement at the Flint Center for Performing Arts which is a change of pace from Apple’s previous iPhone announcements. Now it certainly does seem like Apple does have something big planned, or so we assume, thanks to photos snapped by Jim Dalrymple of The Loop.

As you can see from Dalrymple’s photos, it looks like Apple is constructing their own building on the Flint Center grounds which appears to be about 2-3 stories tall. So far administrators have declined to comment on the building and according to reports, security is pretty tight as they don’t want people to see what’s going on.

The building also appears to be covered in while, although there is a chance that either projections will be made on the surface or it could be peeled off later to reveal Apple’s new products. Dalrymple believes that the building will most likely play host to the hands-on area that guests will be ushered to after the announcement.

In any case the construction definitely seems to have driven the frenzy up a bit on Apple’s upcoming announcement, but we guess we only have about two weeks to wait until we learn more – so who else is excited?
