When it comes to video games, there are some major “statements” that can be made before the industry – watchers and players alike, sit up and take notice. Take Microsoft’s involvement all those years back for instance with the launch of the original Xbox – they had to come up with something spectacular in order to match the likes of Nintendo’s Mario and Sega’s Sonic, with Master Chief from Halo making quite a mark. Since then, subsequent Halo titles have not disappointed, and here we are today with the announcement of Halo: The Master Chief Collection Limited Edition making its mark pretty soon.

Those who decide to pick up Halo: The Master Chief Collection Limited Edition over from GAME in the UK will see that it holds a range of exclusive items, where among them include a collectible Steelbook case, an actual map book which will boast of every single map available within the game, alongside the Grunt Funeral Digital Skull, which so happens to function as a modifier that explodes Grunts in a shower of plasma whenever one is “killed”.

This particularly exclusive SKU will remain available for pre-orders over at GAME, although interested parties will not have access to its pricing details just yet. Expect Halo: The Master Chief Collection to arrive on the Xbox One this 11th of November.
