It might be getting late this evening, but if you are a Minecraft fan and simply cannot wait to get your hands on this title on the PS4 console, then go to sleep. After all, not sleeping is going to impact your alertness level when Minecraft PS4 Edition is unleashed upon the PlayStation Store later this Thursday before 12pm Pacific, where it comes with an asking price of $19.99.

For folks who are on the lookout for what they hope to be the ultimate Minecraft experience, then perhaps checking out the PS4 Edition would be the right thing to do. After all, Minecraft PS4 Edition will feature worlds that are 36 times bigger compared to the ones which one might have grown to be comfortable with on the PS3 system. Current players too, will not lose all of their hard “work” in the past since they can import PS3 saves over to the PS4 Edition for the “work” to continue.

Basically, those who picked up the PS3 Edition (Disc or Digital) can get an upgrade to the PS4 Edition for a small fee of just $4.99. For those who have yet to make the jump, you can purchase Minecraft PS3 Edition for $19.99, where after that, you will be able to get the upgrade to the PS4 Edition for $4.99. Looks like Xbox One gamers will have to wait for one more day then. [Press Release]
