serendipity-s7When it comes to modern day smartphones, especially those that hail from various China-based manufacturers, slim seems to be in. Of course, the relative thickness of a handset is something that ought to be looked into when designing the handset, but what about other aspects of it – like the bezel thickness, for example? After all, we have already seen TVs that have begun to lose their bezels as much as possible, and those models happen to look gorgeous. Enter the Serendipity S7, which hails from a China-based smartphone start-up, sporting one of the thinnest side bezels ever that has graced the front segment of a smartphone.

The alleged measurement points to just 0.7mm in terms of thickness, and this means that Serendipity is also well into the ”thin is in” school of thought. Needless to say, the Serendipity S7 has yet to be released officially, but real-life photos of the handset have already cropped up, as you can see above. The Serendipity S7 will feature a 5.5” Full HD display, a Snapdragon 400 MSM8928 chipset, 2GB RAM, 16GB of internal memory, a 13MP shooter at the back and a selfie-loving 5MP shooter, with a 2600mAh battery keeping it running.
