bloodborneIn what seems to be keeping with the name and the theme of the game, PlayStation Denmark has recently started a blood donation campaign together with GivBlood in which donors who participate in the upcoming blood drive will be eligible to receive a free copy of From Software’s Bloodborne video game.

The goal of the blood drive, apart from donating blood, is to help encourage more people to donate blood. Bloodborne will be one of the titles that PlayStation Denmark will be giving away and participants will be able to choose from other titles, although it was not mentioned as to what the other titles might be.

Participants will also stand a chance to win a PlayStation 4. The event will be taking place on the 23rd of March which is next Monday and will run from 12PM to 5PM local time. It will help held at the ITU in Copenhagen in the Atrium at the entrance hall. As for the game itself, it will be launched on the 24th of March so essentially participants will be grabbing themselves an early copy.

It’s a good idea and we have to wonder what other ideas developers and publishers can come up with in the future, like maybe steal a car, get a free copy of Grand Theft Auto (just kidding)? In any case more details can be found at GivBlod’s website so head on over for the details.
