unchartered-ps4Better late than never, or so the saying goes. Having said that, Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, a gaming title that was originally slated for a release sometime later this year, has experienced a delay – all the way to spring next year, according to the game’s directors Bruce Straley and Neil Druckmann.

The Naughty Dog developers mentioned, “It’s become clear to us that this game is much more ambitious than we originally envisioned. So we’ve made the difficult choice of pushing the game’s release date. Giving us a few extra months will make certain that Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End not only meets the team’s high standards, but the high standards that gamers have come to expect from a Naughty Dog title.”

Well, better wait for a while more – or even for another year, in order to obtain something that delivers a truly enjoyable gaming and user experience, rather than to rush things out just to meet a deadline, only to be flooded by complains of bugs and flaws. It has been a long time in coming, actually, as Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End was first announced in November a couple of years ago. If you are an Unchartered fan, how are you taking this bit of news?
