Android TV Receives New Partners And Content

androidtv-showtimeIt looks like the Google has some goodies for those who happen to be rocking to the Android TV platform in their respective homes, and since Fall TV happens to be quite a big thing in our lives, hopefully the announcement that sees Android TV offer Showtime, HBO Now and CBS All Access will brighten up your day. In other words, the availability of all of them would enable viewers to catch up on a slew of favorites such as Big Bang Theory and Homeland.

Not only that, you will also be able to enjoy Disney’s digital movie system known as Disney Movies Anywhere. Want a little bit of testosterone overflow with heels snapping against heroes? There’s WWE, and EPIX and UFC will also add to your adrenaline pumping, primal viewing experience.

It seems that there is a whole lot of new ways in which Android TV can be used, and this certainly bodes well for consumers, especially when TV manufacturers such as Hisense and TCL work to ensure that Android TV are included as part and parcel of their new products. If you are going to pick up a new TV anytime soon, would you like to ensure that it comes with Android TV right out of the box? [Press Release]
