A free preview of Microsoft Stream is available starting today, anyone with a business email address can sign up for the preview and start uploading, sharing, and tagging videos in their organization.

Microsoft Stream builds on the company’s new approach to business apps which involves removing barriers, encouraging innovation, and empowering employees in organizations of all sizes. Stream enables users to harness the power of video to get more done at work.

Think of Microsoft Stream like a dedicated YouTube for your business. You can easily upload, share, and tag videos that only the members of your organization can access. This enables easy sharing of videos without having to worry about video storage and security, allowing organizations and their employees to effectively communicate and collaborate with video easily.

Sign up for the free preview takes less than five seconds and there are no credit card requirements. Once the service is up and running, users can easily upload and organize their videos, sorting them by channel, team, group, topic, etc.
