Sony has just announced the lineup of free games that will be available for PlayStation Plus members in the coming months. It says that this month, it’s looking to satisfy the inner space pirate of PlayStation Plus members. The PlayStation Plus free games for August 2016 include some interesting titles that are bound to be a lot of fun to play.

Rebel Galaxy is a space combat RPG that’s included in this lineup. It lets players captain a big destroyer as they build their reputation by working as a mercenary or pirate. It offers a procedurally generated universe where no two stars are the same.

Tricky Towers is a physics-based puzzler that’s most fun when played with friends. It features local and online multiplayer for two and four players respectively. Players have to race to stack their tower while they cast spells to disrupt their opponents. It’s a game that offers fun and fast gameplay.

Rebel Galaxy and Tricky Towers are both available free for PlayStation 4 to PS Plus members. They also get Yakuza 5, Retro/Grade and Ultratron free on PlayStation 3. PS Plus members with the PS Vita get Patapon 3 and Ultratron for free next month.
