A new mid-range smartphone from LG will soon be available from Sprint. The carrier is playing host to the LG X Power which is a mid-range Android-powered handset. It happens to be the first smartphone on Sprint that features a MediaTek processor as the LG X Power has a Helio P10 from MediaTek under the hood. It’s positioned as an affordable choice for people who are in the market for a new handset but don’t want to spend too much on it.

LG X Power features a 5.3 inch Full HD display, a Helio P10 processor from MediaTek coupled with 2GB RAM, 16GB of storage and a massive 4,100mAh battery. It also features a microSD card slot and Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

The handset’s massive battery is going to give it a significant amount of battery life. The company claims that it’s going to be good for up to 33 hours of talk time or two full days of use on a single charge.

Since the LG X Power has been launched by Sprint it’s also quite possible that this handset may soon be available from Boost Mobile as well. Sprint customers will have to pay $149 for the LG X Power. Sprint is going to release the LG X Power on its network later this month.
