Activision confirmed several months ago that it’s working on a Crash Bandicoot PS4 remaster and today it has confirmed when the N. Sane trilogy is going to be released for the current-generation console. Activision has confirmed the Crash Bandicoot PS4 remaster release date much to the pleasure of the many, many fans of this golden franchise.

The Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy features the first three Crash games namely Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back and Crash Bandicoot: Warped.

Fans of the franchise are going to like what the remastered trilogy has to offer them. It promises new animations, lighting, enhanced cinematics, support for PlayStation 4 Pro and 4K resolution as well as a fully remastered soundtrack. The trilogy also has full analog stick support as well as new unified save and checkpoint systems.

The classic series has been updated by Vicarious Visions which has quite a big experience with this sort of work. It has also improved the game’s bonus levels and time trials aside from recreating the intro cinematic with updated sound and graphics.

Crash Bandicoot PS4 remaster is going to cost a pretty penny, though. It has been priced at $39.99. Activision has confirmed today that the remastered trilogy is going to be released on June 30th, 2017.
