Windows 10 Cloud Screenshots Leaked

We’ve been hearing for a few weeks now that Microsoft is developing a new iteration of Windows 10 that’s reportedly going to be called Windows 10 Cloud. Recent reports suggest that despite its moniker, Windows 10 Cloud may not be what you think. Some screenshots of the new iteration have now been leaked online and they reveal that it won’t look that different from Windows 10 proper.

According to reports, Windows 10 Cloud will be Microsoft’s answer to Chrome OS but it won’t be cloud-based like Google’s solution. It will essentially be a lightweight version of Windows which will be able to run on cheap PCs aimed at schools and businesses.

However, the Windows 10 Cloud screenshots leaked by Windows Blog Italia tell a different story. Both iterations of Windows will apparently look quite similar to each other and you may not find it easy to spot the difference between Windows 10 and Windows 10 Cloud, at least as far as the user interface is concerned.

It has also been said recently that Windows 10 Cloud will only be able to run universal applications from the Windows Store and if that’s really the case then Microsoft doesn’t really need to make any major UI changes to set both iterations apart.

Microsoft hasn’t said anything about Windows 10 Cloud as yet so it can’t really be said for sure when it’s going to release this iteration.
