Apple Watch Gets New Bands For Spring

Apple has made several product announcements today but none of them have been major in any way. We’ve been treated to a new iPad today as well as doubled storage capacity for the iPhone SE. The company has also launched its Spring 2017 collection of bands for the Apple Watch. The collection brings new colors and variants of the Nike Sport, Striped Woven Nylon, and Apple Watch Hermès bands.

Customers can now purchase the Sport band in three new colors or in six new colors for the Woven Nylon band. Apple is also offering three new options for the Classic Buckle which also comes with a new buckle design now.

Apple has also expanded its exclusive Hermès lineup of Apple Watch bands with new options, two each in 38mm and 42mm sizes. That’s not all. The company is now going to sell its Nike Sport bands as separate accessories. Previously, customers needed to purchase the Nike+ edition Apple Watch to get these bands but that’s no longer the case.

The company has also decided to no longer offer the Apple Watch bundled with leather, nylon or link bands. All of these new bands are now available for purchase via Apple’s online store. They will be available from select retail stores across the globe as well by the end of this month.
