Adobe Premiere Rush Video Editing Tool Available Now

Adobe gave a preview of its multi-platform video editing tool earlier this year. It was referred to as Project Rush at that time. The company has today announced that this tool is now available to the general public. It’s called Premiere Rush and it’s a part of the company’s Creative Cloud suite of software.

Premiere Rush will enable users to take their video editing on the road. It’s a new multi-platform tool which allows for professional-quality video editing. It’s built on core Adobe technologies.

The app will provide Motion Graphics templates and also has a color correction system that’s based on the same technology as the more powerful system found in the company’s Premiere Pro editing software. There are several audio-editing features as well so it seems to be quite a capable video editing tool.

Since it’s a multi-platform tool, all of the edits will sync between the platforms that the user has the app on. This means that video creators can start editing a video on their laptop and finish it on a tablet or smartphone.

Adobe has now made Premiere Rush available to Creative Cloud All Apps, Premiere Pro CC, and Student plan subscribers. Those who just want this app can opt for its single plan which is going to cost $9.99 per month for individuals and $19.99 per month for teams. A free starter plan gives users access to all of the features but limits exports to only three projects.
