Just the other day OnePlus officially announced the OnePlus 6T, the company’s second flagship phone of 2018. The phone obviously comes with several new features, but the good news is that if you’re a OnePlus 6 owner who’s feeling slightly cheated due to the relatively short time span between launches, not to worry as OnePlus will not be neglecting you guys.

The company has confirmed that they will be bringing some OnePlus 6T features to the OnePlus 6. This is according to a post on the forums in which it was confirmed that the OnePlus 6T’s Nightscape mode would be making its way to the OnePlus 6. For those unfamiliar, Nightscape mode is a camera mode of the OnePlus 6T that helps to enhance photos taken at night, which we imagine is probably along the same veins of Google’s Night Sight technology.

According to OnePlus, this feature should be making its way to the OnePlus 6 at the end of the week. The post also mentions other features that could potentially arrive for the OnePlus 6, which includes fullscreen gestures and studio lighting. However those have yet to be confirmed so we’ll just have to wait and see.

Note that these features appear to be only for the OnePlus 6 at the moment, and OnePlus states that with regards to older models, they have nothing to share right now, so if you are an owner of an older OnePlus handset, maybe don’t get your hopes up just yet.
