Coachella 2019 Will Be Streamed Live On YouTube

If you can’t visit the Coachella music festival in person, fret not, because both weekends of the festival will be streamed live on YouTube. The online video streaming giant is ramping up its partnership with the festival and will be streaming performances live from both weekends. This is going to be happening for the very first time.

The first weekend takes place April 12th-14th and it will be streamed live on YouTube as before. This year, YouTube will also be providing a “curated live experience” for the second weekend which will include select performances, behind the scenes footage, and artist vignettes.

YouTube also happens to be the festival’s playlist partner for this year. You will thus be able to listen to music played at the festival and discover new emerging artists through the Coachella website, app, and YouTube Music.

Moreover, those who subscribe to YouTube Music and Premium will be able to access an exclusive number of passes when they go on sale this Friday. Subscribers will get an email with an access code before the sale begins at 2 pm ET. Coachella tickets tend to sell out quickly after they go on sale so those who want to pick one up should certainly not waste any time in doing so.
