At the moment, it’s really anyone’s guess as to when the Google Pixel 6 will be launched. Some believe that it will probably be in late October when it launches, but Google hasn’t officially confirmed anything yet. However, what the company is doing is seemingly teasing the handset to no end.

In fact, a post on Reddit by u/ThisGuyRightHer3 revealed over in New York City, Google’s physical store actually has the Pixel 6 Pro in a glass-encased window where the back of the phone can be seen. This is what the phone will look like in real-life, but unfortunately visitors to Google’s store can only see the handset but won’t be able to touch it.

Google seems to be doing a lot to try and hype up the handset’s launch, although we are a bit worried all of this might simply end up falling flat. This is because based on alleged benchmarks, Google’s Tensor chipset doesn’t seem to be that much more powerful than last year’s Pixel 4a 5G.

Given that this will be Google’s first own custom chipset and in a brand new phone meant to be a flagship, we thought that they would be going all out on it, but that doesn’t look like the case here. In any case, only time will tell what the Pixel 6 will hold so check back with us in the coming months for the details.
