
Owners of the 2G iPod Shuffle who are looking for a dock can always check out the Cuby from Princeton. Running on a trio of AA batteries, the dock comes with 28mm neodymium speakers on both sides, delivering a minor punch at 0.5W. The Shuffle is hooked up to the Cuby via headphone output, while connection to a computer is performed via USB for file transfer purposes. Whenever hooked up to a USB port, the Cuby no longer has need for AA batteries. A pack of fresh AA batteries provide up to 5 hours of continuous audio playback. This cute looking Cuby measures a diminutive 49mm x 49mm x 59mm and weighs 95 grams, and will retail for approximately $33 when releaseed in Japan.
