Iomania has just released the FKB104Z mechanical keyboard in Korea that features a metal plate within the keyboard in order to provide a more conducive typing experience. The rest of the keyboard is constructed from high quality plastic material that was designed to be shock- and scratch-resistant. You can hook up the Iomania FKB104Z to both PS/2 or USB ports, but who uses PS/2 these days? You can pick up the Iomania FKB104Z for the recommended retail price of approximately $64, but chances are it remains a Korea only product at the moment. I personally like keyboards that have a more tactile feel than those silent types, as there is just something satisfying about listening to clicks as your fingers dance all over.
