SIM2 has released the Grand Cinema HT3000E single chip projector that brings true, uncompressed 1920 x 1080 resolution courtesy of its new 0.95″ 1080p DLP chipset from Texas Instruments. Features include true 10-bit video processing with high definition scaling and de-interlacing capabilities, Unishape lamp technology with Brilliant Color for increased brightness, deeper blacks, and reduction of digital artefacts, and SIM2’s brand new Live Color Management software that provides total control over the color temperature of the image through user-defined adjustments. The HT3000E is equipped with a wide range of analog and digital video inputs, including a couple of HDCP-enabled HDMI sockets. It will come with an elegant Giorgio Revoldini-designed cabinet in SIM2’s signature Gunmetal finish.
