Nikon S8000 digital camera

Nikon further expands their new Style Series line with the S8000 digital camera which will shorten the gap between high end, image-focused SLRs and pocket-friendly point-and-shoot models. The S8000 packs in a 14.2-megapixel shooting power with full 10x optical zoom, and yet has the thinnest form factor in its class. It is no larger than a pack of cigarettes, so you can whip it out of your pocket easily and start snapping away thanks to its increased start-up period and shutter-release time compared to its predecessors. Other notable inclusions are a four-way image stabilization system, an advanced flash feature, a 30 fps HD movie recording capability, high-speed photo shooting and a 3″ LCD display. Expect to pick up the Nikon S8000 for $300 in red, bronze, black and champagne silver colors when available.
