Nokia Sues Apple Again, Claiming The iPad 3G Infringes 5 Patents

Nokia and Apple should be quite familiar when it comes to filing lawsuits against each other, and now the Finnish phone giant has just filed another patent lawsuit against Apple, this time alleging that the iPad 3G and iPhone infringe on five patents that are related to “enhanced speech and data transmission, using positioning data in applications and innovations in antenna configurations that improve performance and save space, allowing smaller and more compact devices.” Of course, lawsuits take time and money, so who knows when this whole deal will be over, or whether there will be a settlement. Looks like we’ll have to sit back and see these industry giants thrash it out with each other, huh?
