Opera 10.60 beta announced

Opera has just released what they tout to be the fastest browser in the world – we’re talking about the Opera 10.60 beta, where it is claimed to be a phenomenal 50% faster compared to its predecessor on selected JavaScript tests. We’ll take that figure with a pinch of salt – after all, selected JavaScript tests could be specially tweaked to pump out a favorable result, but as long as it is noticeably faster, consumers should be pretty happy. Other new additions include the incorporation of web-standard features like Geolocation and WebM support for HTML5 video, a more polished and easy-to-use user interface.
