Prototype Billboard Scans You Before Deciding What Ad To Present

Looks like the scary billboards in the Minority Report are taking baby steps to becoming a reality as Tokyo now has billboards that are capable of watching people as they walk by, analyze them, and decide what kind of ads to show. In case you’re freaking out, these billboards won’t be flashing anything personal such as your name and social security number on the display, but it will scan for things like age and gender, and showing the correct ads that are targeted at your gender or age group. Would you be comfortable if you saw billboards like these start to pop up in the US?
