Nexus S Specifications Leaked From Best Buy Inventory System

Today seems to be the Nexus S day. First we had a brief mention of the phone from Best Buy, followed by a leaked picture of the phone and now a screenshot of an Internal Best Buy product listing has surfaced, more or less confirming most of the technical details of this upcoming phone, including the model number GT-i9020. From the leak, we know that it will offer a 5-megapixel camera with LED flash, a 1,500mAh battery and will support 3G bands such as the 1700MHz band used by T-Mobile. The other two 3G bands are the 900MHz and 2100MHz bands, meaning that it can be easily sold in Europe. The bad news is that while the Nexus S will have HSPA support, it will not support the HSPA+ that T-Mobile current touts as a 4G service, meaning that the maximum download speed will be 7.2Mbps and the maximum upload will be 5.76Mbps. Considering the number of leaks that we’re seeing today, it’s probably a smart guess that the phone will be unveiled soon.
