HTC PD98140 arrives at the FCC
What is the FCC cooking these days? How about a little bit of e-book readers mixed with the HTC PD98140? Having picked up approval for GSM bands 850 and 1900, as well as WCDMA bands II and V, the HTC PD98140 looks set to hit the market pretty soon. Unfortunately for us, no photos of the device were disclosed, although you can tell from the label photo above that it is pretty close to the Desire HD – the similarity shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone either since the model number of both devices are also closely linked, with the Desire HD bearing the model number PD98120. More to come as its release date draws nearer (which hasn’t been revealed just yet). All we can say is this – if you’re up for a new HTC phone, then you’d better start saving up for this model!
