Munivo conceptual hand map helps the blind find their way around

Being blind or visually impaired doesn’t mean that life has lost all meaning, although it will be a whole lot harder for you to move around. The Munivo concept will deal with the idea of a hand map – where designer Calin Giubega intends to let blind folks “see” with movement and a form of radar. Within the map which is attached to the hand, there are spheres which create symbols and gestures that let the user know what is coming their way, letting them “see” in theory. Somewhat akin to the sonar ability that Daredevil takes advantage of in order to move around while he isn’t busy winning lawsuits in court, we do wonder when will technology evolve to a point where the Munivo concept crosses the line into reality.
