True Energy intends to change things with their special ‘Vaccine Refrigerator’ which is said to maintain a constant temperature of below 10˚C for up to 10 days without having to sip a single volt of electricity – regardless of the external temperature which can even hit a sweltering 43˚C. How does this mini miracle happen? Well, the Vaccine Refrigerator will use the company’s Sure Chill technology that merges an integrated rechargeable battery powered by the grid, a solar panel, or both – and good ol’ heavy-duty insulation. Currently in use by the World Health Organization and Unicef, one can expect the Vaccine Refrigerator to see more commercial use.
