Genius Traveler 6000Genius has just unveiled two new mice – the Traveler 6000 and Traveler 6000 Classic wireless optical mouse. Designed to be taken everywhere, hence the name Traveler, these ultra portable mice don’t have any cables that make them a hassle to pack up each time you need to move around. The Genius Traveler 6000 packs an accurate 1200 dpi optical engine that provides a smooth experience when moving the cursor. The mice communicate with the laptop through a Pico USB receiver. The receiver is so small that you can even leave it plugged in without any fear of breaking or damaging it when you’re moving about, but if you need to, the mouse has a compartment where you can store the receiver when not in use. It runs on a single AAA alkaline battery that’s included so you can use the mouse the moment you take it out of the box. Talk about convenience – no worries about having to charge the mouse – just replace the battery when you’re on the go. The Traveler 6000 and Traveler 6000 Classic are identical mice except that the Classic edition comes with a fancy top cover design, while the Traveler 6000 is only available in flat colors. The mice work on Windows and Macs and are available now for $14.90 and $16.90 (for the Classic) each.
