Toshiba Portege Z830 ultrabook now available

Toshiba announced its new ultrabook, the Portege Z830 back in September, and now – just in time for the holiday season, it is available for purchase. The ultrabooks feature Intel’s second-gen Core processors, weigh less than 2.5 pounds, feature a 0.63″ profile, a full-size backlit and spill-resistant keyboard. The Z830 will be available with a 128GB SSD and up to 6GB of DDR3 RAM. It is touted to have 8 hours of battery life, and features Toshiba’s Hi-Speed Start technology which helps boot and wake-up times.
