Analysts believe that Siri could be upgraded with a new interface for Apple’s next-gen iPhone

Siri logoThe iPhone 5 (or the new iPhone) is expected to be released this year, so what sort of changes can we expect from it? Well according to tech analysts from the iOS 6 News Blog, not only can we expect to see iOS 6 released on the new iPhone, but we can expect to see Siri undergo a major upgrade in its interface. It has been suggested that Siri could be activated on the new iPhone simply by shaking the device and a variety of commands such as website searches, navigation, and social media sharing will be possible through the issuing of a simple command. Unfortunately the analysts did not mention if we could be seeing Siri upgrade to provide better and more accurate voice detection as this is an issue some iPhone 4S owners are facing and has led to lawsuits, claiming that Apple’s advertising of Siri’s capabilities were “falsely advertised”. The upgrade to iOS 6 is pretty much a given, but it will be interesting to see what sort of changes the new iPhone will be bringing to Siri.
