If you’re an owner of a Nexus S device, it looks like Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean is reportedly available for an OTA update and one user from Pakistan has reported to have received it and has updated already. The update itself is 114MB in size and should be bumping your phone’s firmware to build JRO03E. If you have yet to receive the notification, you will still be able to download the update manually directly from Google’s website although it has been noted that you will need to run on either the i9023 or i9020T hardware variants. However it should be noted that an attempt to manually flash the update will require a bit of technical knowledge, so if you’re completely lost on the whole process of flashing ROMs onto your phone, perhaps you might want to wait for the notification instead. So anyone else receive the update yet or flashed the ROM?
