Tanita, one of the more notable bathroom scale manufacturers, has come up with a limited edition, high grade bathroom scale that geeks would love – after all, it features a couple of the most prolific voice actors in the Land of the Rising Sun (Japan), Daisuke Ono and Takayuki Kondo. Basically, it is not quite a bathroom scale as many might think, but rather, this is a body composition meter that enables you to know more about your own body. Basically, it can measure various bits of your body such as your s the voice guidance for using it. You might wonder why a scale needs voice guidance. It’s because this is more than just a scale: it can measure your weight, fat %, BMI, muscle mass, visceral fat level, basal metabolic rate, bone mass estimate, body age, and water retention level.
Back to why this particular bathroom scale is so special, this is because Ono and Kondo’s resumes are long enough to include voice work in anime, video games, and movie dubbing amongst others. Kondo is the famous voice of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, while Ono’s voice work can be heard in Naruto, Bleach, not to mention Barney the Dinosaur in Japan.
