The XiStera Is Like The Swiss Army Knife Of iPhone Accessories

Yesterday we mentioned the Keyprop accessory which is basically a kickstand for the iPhone 5, iPhone 4/4S and other smartphones. We thought it was pretty clever that such a small device, small enough to fit on a keychain, could support a multitude of devices without having to resort to different models. If you thought that was impressive, another Kickstarter project by the name of XiStera might blow you away.

As you can see in the photo above, the XiStera is an accessory designed for the iPhone in mind that is also small enough to fit into your pocket, and allow you to attach your keys to it at the same time. However that is not all as according to its creators, the XiStera will offer up to 8 different functionalities, such as doubling up as a stylus, a kickstand, an ear bud wrap, a tripod mount, a lens adapter, attaching an external LED flash unit and last but not least, a bottle opener for those hot summer days when all you dream about is a nice cold bottle of beer.

We guess the last feature is somewhat of a novelty, but pretty clever admittedly. The creators of the XiStera are asking for a minimum pledge of $15 (early bird special) to secure yourself one of these bad boys upon its successful funding and production, so if you’d like to learn more or pledge a donation, head on over to its Kickstarter page for the details.
