butterfly-s-boomsoundHTC, the Taiwanese smartphone manufacturing company who has not gotten out of the woods yet despite clawing some much needed market share back with its HTC One device, does seem to love leveraging on one particular feature in their smartphones at any point in time. In the past, it was the HTC Sense user interface layer that caught the imagination of many, while later on, their acquisition of Beats by Dr. Dre managed to make its way to a bunch of high end HTC handsets. Fast forward to today, and it is the BoomSound feature that has been touted in many a HTC One advertisement that I’ve come across so far.

Well, it seems that the HTC Butterfly S which is said to be on its way too, will be on the receiving end of the BoomSound feature, if the photo that you see above proves to be the real deal. This leaked photo was accompanied by whispers of a 5” Full HD display, and with BoomSound, that would mean the traditional speaker at the back is no longer a necessity. There should also be Sense 5 as well, considering how BlinkFeed is spotted above. As for the UltraPixel version, we can only keep our fingers crossed for further information.
